Like the ruby, businesses and organizations have many facets that must be polished to maintain brilliance. Which facet is your strength and why?

Service to guests, service to employees, service to community are the facets constantly being polished with training, learning, listening and responding to always improve the experience for all.

If your company culture, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a gemstone, what would they be?

Garnet - Prosperity, Encouragement, Gratitude and Service.

Our founders Pasty and David Knopf have always had a passion for delicious artisan coffee. After spending most of their careers in both the medical and corporate worlds, they determined there was a huge opportunity to bring delicious coffee to what had always been traditional commercial settings such as offices, hospitals, universities, hotels and restaurants. David and Patsy started Rooted Grounds Coffee Company in November of 2015 and began to change the landscape of the coffee choices that are now available for consumers across multiple distribution channels.

Our mission is to create freshly roasted craft coffees in small batches, which provide a smooth rich experience in the cup, one you will look forward to with anticipation each day. In additional to creating the very best coffee available, if you are drinking a cup of Rooted Grounds Coffee, you are helping someone in need. We have partnered

with several amazing non-profits in every major market we serve. From

empowering youth education, helping those less fortunate with health and medical care to supporting organizations that provide food for those in need, Rooted Grounds Coffee Company’s core values are rooted in the communities we serve.

Just like other fine hand-crafted beverages, we begin by understanding the origin and region of our ingredients – in our case each bean has it’s own unique and special properties– the soil, climate, geography, harvesting methods, etc. This defines the character of each roast and is the essence behind each Rooted Grounds coffee we create. Similar to craft beer, roasting each small batch with care and consistency,

along with delivering it fresh from our local roaster, ensures the experience in the cup that our customers love.

Like the ruby, businesses and organizations have many facets that must be polished to maintain brilliance. Which facet is your strength and why?

Our strenth is providing an affordable luxury to eveyone. We believe everyone deserves a great cup of craft coffee.

If your company culture, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a gemstone, what would they be?

Creating and sharing brilliant coffee.

Staley Transformations, located in Lebanon, Ohio, was established in 1987. This small family –owned and operated business transforms customers’ visions into reality.

JD and Nancy Staley, owners of Staley Transformations and parents to nine children, understand what it

means to get the very most for your money without sacrificing quality. Their seasoned, compassionate

team works to create a personalized customer experience that transcends construction.

Guided by ethics and faith, they give back to their community by sponsoring numerous youth sports teams and enhancing the quality of life of families or organizations by donating materials and/or labor to those who would otherwise not be able to have improvements accomplished because of lack of funding.

With a proven product, an experienced team, and a sound moral compass, it is no wonder that customers want Staley transformations to be their “Not So General Contractors!”

Like the ruby, businesses and organizations have many facets that must be polished to maintain brilliance. Which facet is your strength and why?

We treat every job as a Self Portrait of the person who did it.  Therein, we autograph our work with Excellence!
