Mason Deerfield Chamber involvement:

I feel honored to be given the opportunity to plan and execute the Gems dinner every year at Manor House.  It gives me a behind the scenes look at the Chamber and nominees.  Also I feel blessed to work with non-profit organization and Fundraising campaigns for important groups like Building Blocks for Kids and Cancer Free Kids.

Community involvement:

I live in Loveland.  My family is heavily involved in our parish, St. Margaret of York.  I am involved and serve on the committee of Ohio Valley Voices School, which is a non-profit early intervention program that helps young deaf children find their voice.  I also work with brides from all over the tri-state area.

Other milestones, achievements, etc.:

Recently I celebrated my 50th birthday.  I realized I have been in the service business for  25 years.  I have met scores of people and worked with numerous organizations in that time.  These connections have opened doors for me to pursue new found interests in charities I never knew existed beforehand.  Not to sound cliché, but my greatest achievement was becoming a mother to my son, Johnathan, almost 13 years ago.

Fun facts about you/your business:

I love country radio, and I love crashing weddings every Saturday night at Manor House.

Why is being part of the Mason Deerfield Chamber important to you/your organization?

The Mason-Deerfield area is a trendy and growing community.  It’s home to many successful businesses, and it's exciting to be part of that energy.
