Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?

I’d say my greatest “sparkle” is warmth. I genuinely enjoy people, and I’ve always been someone who wants others to feel comfortable, included, and like they belong in the room.

That shows up in my work every day. Financial planning can feel intimidating, and I never want someone sitting across from me to feel like they should already know the answers or be afraid to ask a question. I want people to feel at ease enough to be honest, curious, and completely themselves.

I think warmth is really about considering others. Noticing them, including them, and making it clear that they’re welcome at the table. That’s something I try to bring to my work, my community, and the relationships I build.

Beth Beebe is a Financial Advisor with Craig Capital Wealth Management, where she works with individuals and families to make thoughtful decisions about their wealth and the life they want it to support. She has a particular passion for helping people approaching retirement navigate what comes next with clarity and confidence.

Beth believes great financial planning is deeply personal. Beyond the numbers are the things that matter most like what someone values, who they want to take care of, and what they want the next chapter of life to look like. Her approach combines thoughtful planning with genuine curiosity about the people she serves.

As a second-generation financial advisor, Beth has a deep appreciation for the relationships and trust built over decades, while bringing her own perspective to the future of the practice. She is passionate about honoring a strong foundation while continuing to evolve, grow, and build what comes next.

Relationships are also at the heart of Beth’s community involvement. She serves on the Board of the Mason Deerfield Rotary Club as Membership Chair, helping welcome new members, build connections, and strengthen engagement. She has also been a proud MADE Chamber member for several years and served on the Women’s Business Committee this year.

Beth lives in Maineville with her husband, Seth their two sons, Drew and Brice and their Bernedoodle, Reese. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

What does being part of the Mason-Deerfield business community mean to you?

Share 2–3 fun facts about you/your organization that people in the MADE community might not know.

If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

Being part of the Mason-Deerfield business community means being connected to a place that is an important part of both my professional and personal life. My business is here, my kids now go to school here, and so many of the relationships I’ve built over the years are rooted here.

What I appreciate most is that, even in a growing community, relationships still matter. People make introductions, support local businesses, share ideas, and genuinely want to see one another succeed. I believe the best businesses become part of the fabric of their communities, not just places where people go to buy a product or service.

Before becoming a financial advisor, I spent nearly a decade teaching 8th-grade English. Turns out, explaining retirement planning and explaining Shakespeare to teenagers have more in common than you might think. Make it understandable, make it relevant, and be entertaining enough not to lose the room.

I work alongside my dad in the financial services business he built, making me a second-generation financial advisor. I’m now helping shape what the next generation of that business looks like.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two boys, an enthusiastic reader whenever life allows it, and the owner of a Bernedoodle named Reese who has contributed absolutely nothing to the family financially but remains extremely confident in his position.
