A Bit About Chicken Salad Chick

Mike and Beth Heydt have called Mason home for the past 15 years and they are incredibly excited to introduce Mason to the goodness that is Chicken Salad Chick.

Mike and Beth have had a lifelong dream to own and operate a franchise, and Chicken Salad Chick is the perfect fit. When they tried Chicken Salad Chick for the first time, they couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. Not only is the food amazing but the mission that founder, Stacy Brown created for the brand, “Spread Joy, Enrich Lives and Serve Others” lines up perfectly with Mike and Beth’s beliefs.

Mike and Beth are making their restaurant a family affair. Their three daughters, Kendall, Kristen and Courtney all work at the Chick alongside of their parents. The Heydt family is so excited to serve the Mason community and surrounding areas.

Why is being part of the Mason Deerfield Chamber important to you/your organization?

Like the sapphire, businesses and organizations have many facets. Which facet is your strength and why?

If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

It provides a range of opportunities and community that we as Franchise Owners tap into and value.  Its provided a direct marketing avenue to new residents in Mason.

We strive to Spread Joy and Enrich the Lives of every guest we serve and to our amazing team members.  We view this business as a ministry for all we come in contact with, everyday.

Sparkle, Shine and Reflect Joy!
