If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

Being a member of the MADE Chamber allows our community to network with other organizations and companies, and even patronize them. We've met some of our partners through the MADE Chamber and continue to partner with other members. Deerfield Springs and the MADE Chamber share the same goal...to build better and stronger Mason-Deerfield so businesses can thrive and communities can prosper. By bringing new residents to our community and in return, Mason-Deerield, we are able to show them how wonderful our community truly is! 

Like our residents who call Deerfield Springs home, we have many unique facets as a community. Our strongest facet is hospitality/kindness. We serve our residents with kindness, respect, and dignity each and every day. From our housekeeping team and culinary staff to our Managers and Supervisors, we work in our resident's home so we make sure everyone feels safe, seen, and loved.
