A Bit About Ekaterina Gay

Ekaterina Gay is the Regional Director of the Work+ program at Miami University Regionals. In her role, Ekaterina works with local businesses to help them fill open positions with Work+ employees and reduce turnover expenses.

The program creates a win win for everyone involved — local businesses are able to expand their talent pool and reduce expenses associated with hiring, re-training, and attrition; Miami is able to create pathways to higher education for students who may otherwise may not have the opportunity; the students are able to obtain work experience and a college degree debt-free.

Ekaterina has been at Miami since 2014. Prior to this role in Work+, she worked with international students helping them get ready to be successful academically at Miami University. Ekaterina helped build the Miami Regionals Intensive English Program from the ground up.

Ekaterina is very passionate about education and the mission of the Regionals and the Work+ program.
