MADE Chamber & Community Involvement:

I have participated in several Chamber events over the last few years, including but not limited to: Jingle Fest, Paint the town Orange, Happiest Hours (including hosting them!), and Gems of Excellence dinners.
My current role at the brewery allows me to represent our business out in the community, showcasing Sonder beer at events ranging from Arts Alliance concerts and markets, Red, Rhythm and Boom, Music in Mason, community beer festivals, golf outings to customer or employee appreciation parties with companies like Rhinestahl, Vega, RIX Automotive, Honeywell and more.

Fun Facts About You/Your Business:

My love for craft beer began back in 2012 when I was running an in-home daycare and eventually led to me having a full time career at Sonder. It was a way for me to connect with new friends and have some much needed adult time. My current social circle is full of people that I've met through craft beer.
If I'm not at a beer festival, you can find me kayaking on the river or at a concert with my three kids and partner.
Not only does Sonder make great beer, which makes my job incredibly easy, but we also value giving back to the community in any way we can. It truly is a place where strangers become friends that quickly become family.

Why is being part of the Mason Deerfield Chamber important to you/your organization?

Like the pink diamond, businesses and organizations have many facets. Which facet is your strength and why?

If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

The Chamber allows all of us to connect regularly, creating a collaborative environment where we can all utilize services and strengths from our neighbors to lift each other up. Sonder has been able to thrive in our community with the support of other Chamber businesses and easy community outreach.

My strength lies in my meticilous attention to detail and my ability to connect with and engage diverse communities. My talent for building relationships and fostering trust allows me to effectively reach out to various community groups, while also being innovative in the way I present Sonder around the state. I'm able to create a positive impact and foster a sense of unity within the community through my beer events.
