Dr. Jill Manahan
Manahan Comprehensive Wellness,
2026 Pink Diamond Finalist
Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?
I am a midlife woman physician walking the same path as many of my patients around hormones, energy, metabolic health, and the work of staying well while carrying a full life. That lived proximity lets me sit beside people instead of across from them.
I keep a small panel so visits can be unhurried, with same or next-day access and after-hours availability. I integrate conventional medicine with nutrition, gut health, hormone optimization and metabolic tools. Patients get a partner who stays with them through the nuance, not just a prescription.
The combination of rigorous training and real-life experience is what I bring. People feel both expertly cared for and genuinely understood.
A Bit About Dr. Jill Manahan
As a doctor of osteopathic medicine specializing in internal medicine, I care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With more than 20 years of experience, I help patients take an active role in lasting wellness through personalized nutrition, hypertension care, women’s and men’s health, integrative approaches, and hormone replacement therapy when clinically appropriate. I am board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and serve adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Northern Cincinnati, including Mason, and the surrounding Southwest Ohio communities.
My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers unhurried visits, advanced screenings and diagnostics, same- and next-day appointments, and after-hours access. I strive to live what I recommend: staying active as a lifelong soccer player, coach, and fan; enjoying golf, boating, and wake surfing; cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and close friends.

What does being part of the Mason-Deerfield business community mean to you?
Share 2–3 fun facts about you/your organization that people in the MADE community might not know.
If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?
Joining the Mason-Deerfield Chamber was a deliberate first step when I opened this brand-new MDVIP practice: I wanted to be known here as a neighbor and a local owner, not just another office on the map. Chamber membership means showing up for the same families who live and work in Mason and Deerfield—with a smaller panel, unhurried visits, and a doctor who is actually reachable—and standing with other independent businesses that took that same leap. We are only a few months in, still finding our rhythm, and I measure success by whether people in this community feel known and well—not by how many we can rush through the door.
Most people know I practice family and integrative medicine in a small-panel concierge setting, but fewer realize I am trained in HRT and metabolic optimization as well.
Outside the office I am a former soccer player and coach, and my family spends as much time as we can on the water with our two golden retrievers — we love lake days in the Carolinas as much as we love Ohio. I am a mom of three boys, one in the military who is currently deployed overseas.
Quiet luster, steadfast care.
