Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?
I have a passion for helping others leverage their interests and strengths to find their 'calling'. That has manifested in my personal life, where I coached our girls soccer teams for 8 years. As a mentor to Mason high school students. Most importantly, through my work where we connect with hundreds of high school students each year with our various healthcare career exploration initiatives.
A Bit About Jon Paasch
Jon Paasch is a dedicated healthcare and future workforce development leader who is passionate about helping others discover their purpose and find meaningful pathways to careers in healthcare. As Manager of Educational Placements at UC Health, Jon builds partnerships with schools and community organizations to create opportunities for students and emerging professionals while strengthening the healthcare workforce pipeline.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, human resources, project management, compliance, and workforce development, Jon is known for bringing people together, developing meaningful partnerships, and turning ideas into impactful programs. At UC Health, Jon has expanded K-12 educational opportunities, strengthened relationships with community partners, improved processes, and helped create pathways for future healthcare professionals.
Beyond professional responsibilities, Jon is deeply committed to serving the community. Through coaching, nonprofit organizations, volunteer service, and community events, Jon has consistently invested time and energy in helping others thrive.
At the heart of Jon’s work is a simple belief: when people are given the opportunity, guidance, and encouragement to discover their strengths, they can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

West Chester Hospital is a certified Primary Stroke Center, providing specialized care for stroke patients.
