Kelly Flerlage
tdgFacilities Services, 2025 Pink Diamond Finalist
MADE Chamber & Community Involvement:
During my time at Techsolve as Director of Grants and Government Programs, I worked with manufacturers in the MADE region on various programs and initiatives as part of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) network. My role within the MEP was to support small to midsize manufacturers within southwest Ohio. As the CEO of TDG Facilities, our company has the honor of serving non profit schools and churches in the area. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to have a positive community impact through my career.
Fun Facts About You/Your Business:
I was a customer of TDG's when the company first started 12 years ago. By luck or by fate, I was given the opportunity to join TDG in 2022, and became CEO in 2023. You never know where a connection will lead you.

Why is being part of the Mason Deerfield Chamber important to you/your organization?
Like the amethyst, businesses and organizations have many facets. Which facet is your strength and why?
If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?
The Mason Deerfield Chamber has been instrumental in connecting both myself and key leaders in our company to a broader ecosystem of business and community members. Our MADE connections have fostered new opportunities for collaboration within an incredibly talented network of peers, civic leaders, and industry partners. MADE also helps us stay informed through engaging outreach and programs.
My strength is empowering others to shine. Leadership isn't about commanding from the top. My goal has always been to inspire through trust, and to guide with clarity. Just like an amethyst reveals its brilliance in facets, I work to help my team reflect the full spectrum of their strengths.
Empowering others creates brilliance.
