Salt & Soul Wellness, 2026 Ambassador of the Year Finalist
Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?
My greatest strength is making people feel loved, heard, and seen. From the moment someone walks in the doors of Salt & Soul Wellness people are at peace. I want them to experience the power of healing and make this their happy place.

I have many things I have learned over my life - it’s hard to pick one. We owe nothing to anyone but love. Don't sweat the small stuff. What does being part of the Mason-Deerfield business community mean to you?
Share 2–3 fun facts about you/your organization that people in the MADE community might not know.
If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?
Being part of the MADE Chamber business community means so much more than simply holding a membership. For me, it’s about connection, growth, and genuine support.
I love building relationships — the kind where business owners become collaborators, encouragers, and sources of inspiration. Every conversation, every event, every handshake is an opportunity to learn something new and be inspired by the incredible people who make up our business community.
The support we give each other is truly unmeasurable. Whether it’s sharing ideas, celebrating wins, navigating challenges, or simply showing up for one another, the MADE Chamber embodies what community is supposed to feel like: uplifting, collaborative, and rooted in relationships.
Salt & Soul Wellness isn't just a wellness studio. We are a community partner through the MADE Chamber partnerships, ambassador outreach, and local business collaboration. We align with like-minded practitioners, who support whole-body wellness such as meditation experts, massage therapists, and women's wellness professionals. When someone walks into Salt & Soul we want them to feel at peace, calm, and loved.
