Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?

My greatest strength is the team I have the privilege of getting to lead every day. My team consistently shows up with passion, pride, and a genuine commitment to taking great care of our guests, our community, and each other. Their dedication to providing above and beyond service is what makes our hotel special. Any recognition I receive is a direct reflection of their hard work and culture they build. Our hotel, just like every other Marriott, has the big red "M" flag out front, rooms, a restaurant, lobby, and meeting space. But what sets us apart is our service culture, and how hard my team works to ensure the hotel feels like home for our guests.

What does being part of the Mason-Deerfield business community mean to you?

If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

Being part of the Chamber is more than just networking. It is about building genuine connections, learning from community leaders, and finding ways that we can be a better & stronger community partner. The chamber provides us a platform to exchange ideas, support local businesses, and create opportunities for collaboration.

I'm motivated by family and spending time with my wife and daughter. Some of my favorite moments are the simple ones at home with them.

I am the youngest sibling of 4, and the only boy in my family. I have trouble staying "still." Whether I'm supporting my team or at home, I have struggle with the thought of not moving.

I enjoy playing golf, and watching sports (Go Rams!).
