Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?

My greatest strength is my love for people. I like to say that I've never met a stranger a day in my life! That makes my role such a blessing to me because I get to meet and chat with new people each and every single day. I am lucky enough to get to know people that I likely wouldn't in any other job; and in turn find ways that Roadhouse can truly serve them and the community we reside in.

Howdy! I've been a Roadie for 3 whole years, but I've been in marketing my whole career! ! (Woo-time sure flies!). I have a love for people that makes my job so wonderful because I get to interact with new people every single day! Here at Roadhouse, we work on a zero dollar marketing budget. Rather than paying for paid advertising, we put 100% of the money we'd use there, directly back into the community that we reside in. This gives us the opportunity to work with and support hundreds of different schools, groups, organizations and small businesses. We are a people first company who just happens to also serve steak!

If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?

Being apart of the MADE business community isn't just about business to me, it's personal. It's individuals coming together not only to grow their own organization but to support others. It's people who truly care about seeing one another suceed. And most importantly, it's about coming together for the good of the community over self.

1. Texas Roadhouse was founded on a napkin and created to be a people first company who just happens to serve steak.
2. I am a mom, wife, dog lover, and hybrid athlete.
3. Texas Roadhouse Mason works with over 500 different groups and organizations within the community.
