Steven Douglass
The ITZ-Time Team, Comey & Shepherd,
2026 Ambassador of the Year Finalist
Every gem has something that makes it shine. What would you say is your greatest strength or “sparkle,” and how does it show up in your/your organizations work?
My greatest strength is connecting the dots between people, opportunities, and needs. I genuinely enjoy learning what someone needs and then thinking, “Who do I know that can help?”
That carries directly into our real estate business. We don’t want to simply complete transactions; we want to build relationships and become a resource people can count on long after closing. Whether it's connecting a client with the right contractor, introducing two business owners, helping a nonprofit, or jumping in when someone in the community needs support, I believe relationships are where the real value is created.

What does being part of the Mason-Deerfield business community mean to you?
Share 2–3 fun facts about you/your organization that people in the MADE community might not know.
If your company culture, or personal persona, had to be summed up in five words or less, reflective of a
gemstone, what would they be?
I absolutely love and adore everything the Mason-Deerfield community has to offer. What makes MADE so special is the people — and I mean everyone. When there is a need, people jump in, lend a hand, make a connection, or find a way to help.
We don’t just do business alongside one another; together, we help fill the needs of our community. There is an incredible energy here, but what I appreciate most is the humility behind it. People genuinely want to see others succeed without needing the spotlight for themselves. That heart for service, connection, and community is what makes MADE feel different — and why I’m so proud to be part of it.
Before becoming a Realtor, I spent my career as a Lexus, Toyota, and Nissan Master Technician — so my love for houses is rivaled pretty closely by my love for cars!
I’m passionate about bringing people together, whether that means helping someone buy or sell a home, connecting two local businesses, organizing a community event, or simply making an introduction that helps someone else succeed.
Outside of real estate, I love refurbishing bicycles for kids in poverty with Bicycle Recycle, getting involved with community and nonprofit events, like the Jyan Waespe Memorial Foundation, MADE CHAMBER, and encouraging others through fellowship and prayer. For me, success means a lot more when you can use it to give something back.
Humble. Genuine. Connected. Driven. Bright.
